Anastasia is a Spiritual Life & Business Coach, Energy Healer, and Conduit for Spirit. 

Her mission in this lifetime is empower you by teaching you to live your life through the eyes of Spirit — which is about embracing your own innate power and abilities. 

When we live in disconnection we tend to dim our light, hold ourselves back, doubt our abilities and leak our power. But when we come through the remembering process of connecting with Spirit we reclaim our gifts, our power, our sovereignty and wholeness. 

Anastasia believes that living an empowered life must occur on all levels. 

Her four pillars of empowerment are: Physical Healing, Energetic Healing, Spiritual Connection, and Financial Abundance. 

We cannot feel safe and powerful if we are in scarcity, and we cannot leave scarcity behind if we are living in our wounds both physical and energetic. We need to work on ourselves as a Whole Person, because we are Whole. We are not just our parts.
