I also host the Soul-First Podcast and local (Winnipeg, MB) and online workshops & events.  On a personal level, I am a powerful, loving, multi-dimensional Woman, wife, momma-to-be, and fur-momma to my pups.

Coaching is for the spiritual seekers who are ready to make lasting change in their life. My coaching combines energy healing, channelled guidance, and powerful re-patterning tools to help you shift patterns, behaviours, thoughts, feelings, and energetics in your life so you experience long-lasting change.

We work together on conscious, unconscious, and soul levels to release limiting stories and beliefs, and strengthen empowering stories and beliefs so you can live your Soul Purpose, achieve your goals, have deeply connected relationships, and a rich life full of love, abundance, joy, and ease.

Coaching together also provides you the skills to navigate life’s lessons and challenges with ease, awareness, and power instead of being a victim to life’s circumstances.

Healing

Healing Sessions work with the power of Spirit (God, Source, Creator) and your soul to powerfully shift, heal and release that which no longer serves you in your Highest & Greatest Good. Together we find the roots of issues and address them on all levels (physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, and energetic). By doing this we powerfully accelerate your healing and bring your Being into a state of harmony, ease, peace, vitality, restoration, balance, and love.

I utilize a variety of modalities to support your healing such as Akashic Healing, ThetaHealing, EFT, Shamanism, Reiki, Integrated Energy Therapy etc.

Healing Sessions support with:

Readings connect with Spirit, your Akashic Records, your Spirit Guides, and Light Beings to bring through awareness, healing, support and guidance for your life in general or for specific situations. Readings are not meant to predict the future, but rather provide knowings, awarenesses and options that support your soul’s journey in the Highest Good. Readings also support you in receiving the deeper knowledge within life lessons that helps you to evolve on your soul journey, heal your lineage, and clear karma.
